HOW IS IT DONE?
We brew beer at the BFM whose distilled alcohol is infused into a selection of herbs and spices, according to our recipe. The venerable Morand distillery in Martigny is in charge of distillation and bottling.

HOW TO DRINK THIS BEAUTIFUL BREWERY GIN WISELY ?
The aromas of this infused grain brandy come from trips and exotic dishes tasted between Japan, Lebanon, China or the Caribbean. To really appreciate this invitation to travel on the road of spices, we recommend tasting "on the rock" or with a neutral tonic or Gin Fizz.

TASTING NOTES
Intense nose, citrus zest, peppery and floral notes of juniper and cereals. Pretty texture on the palate underlined with a hint of spiciness and a beautiful woody and spicy roundness, leading to a rich and long retro-sonal. To be eaten fresh.

COMPOSITION
Beer alcohol, spices (gin, peppers, cardamom), ginger, herbs (hyssop, matcha, yuzu, pink berries)
