Our traditional barrel aged Saison blended with our Cider of jurassian apples.
In fact, we do not really know if it's a cidery saison or saisony cider.

Raw and wild bouquet with spicy cider notes. Sparkling and full-bodied in the mouth, a refreshing sourness gives place to a finish with generous tannin notes and a pleasant bitterness.
